A select number of broodmares are permanently resident and receive outstanding care and attention in all aspects of their lives.

We organise walking in to local or European stallions, in particular Tweenhills & Overbury Studs, which are only 45 minutes away. We have mercury lights for promoting early cycling, and veterinary care from B&W Vets at Willsley, who are right on our doorstep.  Saracen feed nutrition is our preferred choice and foaling takes place in a purpose built unit with full CCTV observation facilities and heat lamps. We have both a small indoor school and several sheltered nursery paddocks for mares and newly born foals to take their first steps outside the foaling unit.  We deal with all the required paperwork and stallion bookings.
