Park Wood Stud is a well established 155-acre thoroughbred stud farm located between Badminton and Westonbirt in the South Cotswolds. Modernised and redeveloped over the last 16 years, the farm has been the site for the breeding and rearing of both Flat and National Hunt racehorses for several generations. The setting is both tranquil and beautiful with the all important benefit of free draining limestone soils to enable year round turnout. Two large, light and airy American barns house the stud’s residents and are complimented by the purpose built foaling unit and indoor turnout. The stud has a range of immaculately fenced paddocks including nursery paddocks suitable for young foals and large tree-lined paddocks ideal for growing youngstock to their full potential. Cattle and sheep graze in rotation with the horses for tidy pastures and reduced parasites.

To ensure that both our clients and our clients’ horses are looked after to the highest standards possible. We are committed to offering a bespoke service whereby each horse is treated as an individual under the watchful eye of our top team of staff. Care, attention to detail and not over-stocking the farm are the key components in achieving high outcomes for our owners.
